Cole Slaw
KFC Copycat Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup onion shredded
- 1/2 cup carrot shredded
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- In a bowl whisk buttermilk, mayo, sugar, salt, celery seed, and lemon juice.
- Add all the vegetable; shredded cabbage, onion and carrot.
- Coat all the items in the dressing.
- Cover and let the coleslaw rest in refrigerator for couple of hours or overnight.
