Avocados are delicious and when you add the zing of lime to this zesty avocado chopped salad, it will make your taste buds sing! It makes a great meatless meal all by itself!
I love avocados AND I love marinated salads. This one has a zip and a zest that will delight your senses. If you really love heat, add a little more, if you’re sensitive and don’t like as much, scale it back. However you eat it, this tangy, zesty avocado chopped salad is a sure crowd pleaser.
And there’s nothing better than being able to chop a few things up, mix in some marinade ingredients and come back a few minutes later to a wonderfully zingy, crisp, light salad. I love an easy dinner idea like this. The avocado and cheese makes it hearty enough for the whole meal if you’d like.
You could even add some canned chicken or tuna or some leftover shredded chicken to the salad as well. Be creative and use what you have on hand.

Using small mason jars like these to serve the salad is so fun at a party. Spoon a serving of salad in the jar and put some forks or spoons nearby. Everyone will be able to eat while they mingle in style. I love this!
