Tips for Making the Best Strawberry Oatmeal Muffins

  • Use Fresh Strawberries: Fresh strawberries bring out the best flavor and texture in these muffins. Frozen strawberries can be used but may add extra moisture, so thaw and drain them before adding.
  • Avoid Overmixing: Overmixing the batter can lead to tough muffins. Stir until the ingredients are just combined for light and fluffy results.
  • Adjust the Sweetness: You can reduce the sugar slightly if you prefer a less sweet muffin, especially if using sweetened granola.
  • Storage: Store these muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
