Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour + 1 T
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ Cup Granola
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Strawberries cut into small pieces
  • ½ Cup Salted Butter softened at room temperature
  • ½ Cup Strawberry Jam
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or use muffin liners
  • While the oven is preheating, combine flour, sugar, oats, baking powder and granola
  • Mix out any lumps before adding strawberries and jam
  • Combine thoroughly, but don’t overmix
  • Make a well in the mixture and add softened butter and eggs
  • Mix gently until completely combined
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until centers are done
  • Mix confectioners sugar and milk until smooth
  • Once muffins are cooled drizzle with glaze!
