Homemade chipotle ranch

If you like a spicy kick to your ranch dressing, just use the recipe and add a few chipotle peppers and a little of the juice. About a half a can will make this recipe sing with smoky spice.

Toss it in the blender with the other dressing ingredients and you’re good to go.

Or for another spicy variation, check out this Mexican ranch dressing with a kick! Or this Homemade Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing! Yum!

Homemade greek yogurt ranch

I make my homemade restaurant-style ranch dressing with sour cream, but greek yogurt makes a fine substitute. You also get the probiotics in your dressing and other benefits of yogurt. Give it a try, I’m willing you bet you can’t even tell the difference.

Homemade avocado ranch

Homemade avocado ranch is made similar to the chipotle version. Just peel an avocado that is good and ripe. Toss it in the blender with the other dressing ingredients and you’ll have a creamy, green, yummy avocado-ranch.

Homemade ranch dip

Making homemade ranch dip from the homemade ranch seasoning mix takes about 5 seconds to make and it’s better than ANY store-bought dip you have ever tasted in your life!

Just take an 8-ounce container of sour cream. I like to use daisy. But I’m a sour cream snob I guess. Mix it with 2 tablespoons of homemade ranch seasoning mix and stir it in. You’re done. You can also use thick, plain greek yogurt to do the same thing. You’ll make it again and again. There’s no better dip!

It goes great with this Halloween Veggie Skeleton!

Let me know how you like these when you make them.
