Paint activities for Kids
There are so many great ways to paint with kids. Kwik Stix paint markers are my absolute favorite because, to be honest with you, after decades of running a home daycare, the less mess the better, and paint is one of my least favorite things. BUT, I know it’s great for kids, so here are some of the painting activities that we do sometimes:

How to make tape resist art
Making tape resist art is so much fun, you just stick and paint and when you take the tape off, you have a wonderful masterpiece! When I was a kid and my mom was in art school, we learned to use hot wax on fabric and then dye it to make resist art, and I have been hooked ever since.
When you remove the medium that blocks the color, it’s incredible. Tye dye, wax, tape, whatever you use to block the staining of your base item, it’s always a stunning result. You are going to LOVE this process art project for kids!
