Super Easy Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb box pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
- Brown the beef in a large skillet with garlic, add salt and pepper to taste if you would like. You can also toss in some diced onion, if desired
- Once the beef has been browned, mix in pasta, tomato sauce, sour cream, BBQ sauce and half of the shredded cheese
- Mix well
- Pour the mixture into a large 9X13 baking dish- greased
- Top the casserole off with the remaining of the cheese and bake covered with foil for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 5-8 minutes to brown the cheese
