Quick Easy Dinners-One Pot Wonders
I HATE washing dishes and I love the idea of dumping a bunch of stuff in a crock pot, instant pot, or casserole dish and cooking it. After dinner, that’s the only thing I have to clean besides the dishes we used to eat. On a busy weeknight, that’s a wonderful thing.
One Pot Wonders
There are so many things you can make on a sheet pan, in a dutch oven, or in a skillet or other cooking vessel that taste amazing and satisfy the family. Many of them can even be prepped the night before or in the morning before work for less time waiting for dinner. When you have your meal prepped ahead, the temptation to hit the drive-through is far less.
