- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cans tuna (5 oz.) drained
- 1 cup broccoli chopped
- 3 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus a few tablespoons for the top
- 9 frozen or homemade biscuits
- 1 tablespoon butter melted (optional, for brushing biscuits)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a skillet, melt butter and saute onions until translucent.
- Add flour and cook and stir until flour just starts to brown.
