Ingredients
For the Pasta Salad:
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 5 oz cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grapes halved
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the pasta.
- Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Set aside.
- To the cooled pasta, add tuna, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, grapes, celery, and red onion.
- Pour the creamy ranch dressing over the salad.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated.
