Crafts are fun for kids to do, and who doesn’t love a snowman? These 3 easy snowman craft ideas are great boredom busters in the winter months.

Marshmallow Snowman Craft
The first idea is the marshmallow snowman. For this craft, you will need one large bag of marshmallows, a bag of pretzel sticks, a container of orange Tic Tacs, two ounces of chocolate, and several different choices of small candies for decorations. Melt the chocolate and gather together three large marshmallows.
Dip the marshmallow ends in chocolate and stack them together to form the snowman. Stick two pretzel sticks into the bottom marshmallow on either side for arms.
Place an orange tic-tac into the top marshmallow to look like a nose. Use other candies to finish decorating the snowman. Be sure to give him/her eyes, a mouth, buttons, maybe a wafer hat, etc. When you are finished, you will not only enjoy looking at your snowman, but you can also enjoy eating it.

Sock Snowman Craft
The second snowman craft we can enjoy creating is the sock snowman. For this craft, you will need a white sock, yarn, rice or beans, glue, buttons, wiggly eyes, etc, thread and a needle (or hot glue gun), and scissors. Take the sock and fill it two-thirds full with rice or beans and tie it at the top.
Then, divide the filled sock in two so one part is the top of the snowman and the other is the bottom of the snowman. Tie off the area between these two sections with the yarn. Fold the top of the sock down so that it looks like a hat. Sew on the buttons, glue on the wiggly eyes, etc to decorate the snowman. These sock snowmen are always a wonderful decoration to have around the house during the season.

Construction Paper Snowman Craft
The last snowman craft idea I would like to share with you is that of the easy and simple construction paper snowman. For this, you will need different colors of construction paper, wiggle eyes, scissors, glue, cotton balls, markers, and pipe cleaners. Cut three different circles out of your construction paper, one large, one medium-sized, and one small.
Also, cut out a top hat and glue all the pieces together, with the hat on the top. Take the pipe cleaners and glue them on for arms. Glue on the wiggle eyes and use the cotton balls for a nose and snow decoration on the top hat. Lastly, use the marker to draw on a mouth and buttons, or other decorations of your choice. In addition, you may want to use glitter to sparkle up the snowman and give him/her some special touches.
Any of these snowman craft ideas are sure to be a hit with kids of all ages.
