Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 2-3 sausage links sliced
  • 1/8 cup black olives sliced or chopped
  • 2/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cut Out the Hearts: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to make heart shapes. Place each heart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the dried oregano. Spread a small spoonful of sauce on each heart-shaped puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Add Toppings: Top each pizza with pieces of sausage, black olives, and a sprinkle of shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Bake: Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the mini pizzas for 25-30 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese has melted.
