Groovy Granola
Crunchy, delicious granola for cereal or to make into bars.

- 2.5 lbs. oats
- 1 c. coconut oil
- 1 c. raw sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 c. wheat germ or ground flax seed meal
- 1 c. sesame seeds
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. pumpkin seeds
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix all ingredients together (Fairlight uses her hands to incorporate it)
Spread mixture on shallow baking pans, the thinner the better
Place the pans in the oven and reduce heat to 225
Bake 1-2 hours, stirring well every 15 minutes.
