- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
Pat the chicken dry. Season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Heat coconut oil in a large iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
Add the butter and chicken broth to the pan. As the butter melts, scrape the bottom of the pan with a spoon to deglaze the pan.
Reduce heat to low. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
Return the chicken to the pan. Flip once or twice to coat in sauce.
Serve garlic butter chicken with pan sauce.
