Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed

  • Reduce heat to low. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
  • Return the chicken to the pan. Flip once or twice to coat in sauce.
  • Serve garlic butter chicken with pan sauce.
