Cranberry Syrup Recipe
A tart, tangy, sweet syrup to use on pancakes, in desserts, or mix into drinks that brings the full flavor of cranberries.

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Pour water, granulated sugar brown sugar, vanilla and cranberries into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil
Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for approximately 15 minutes, you will see that the cranberries have opened and the mixture will thicken
Strain mixture into a bowl, use a thick spatula and press down to starin as much as the cranberry juice you can
Place syrup into mason jars and place mason jars into the fridge to cool before using. Syrup will thicken more once cooled
