Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Pour water, granulated sugar brown sugar, vanilla and cranberries into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil
  • Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for approximately 15 minutes, you will see that the cranberries have opened and the mixture will thicken
  • Strain mixture into a bowl, use a thick spatula and press down to starin as much as the cranberry juice you can
  • Place syrup into mason jars and place mason jars into the fridge to cool before using. Syrup will thicken more once cooled
