Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 oz packet taco seasoning or 2 Tablespoons of homemade
  • 1 10.5oz. can Rotel with green chilies, well drained (or 2 cups of homemade)
  • 8 oz package cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Mix the sour cream and taco seasoning in a medium bowl.
  • Drain the can of Rotel really well, then add that and the cheese to the sour cream mixture. Stir well.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, then serve with chips or veggies.
