- 1 can tuna drained
- 2-3 tablespoons mayo or miracle whip
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 lemon zest only
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice the best secret ingredient
- 1 tablespoon onion grated finely
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices bread
- 2 teaspoons butter
Drain tuna well. Dump all ingredients together and stir.
Put a small pat of butter into a skillet and lightly toast both sides of your bread.
Spread half the tuna mixture on each sandwich.
