Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayo or miracle whip
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 lemon zest only
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice the best secret ingredient
  • 1 tablespoon onion grated finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 teaspoons butter

Instructions

  • Drain tuna well. Dump all ingredients together and stir.
  • Put a small pat of butter into a skillet and lightly toast both sides of your bread.
  • Spread half the tuna mixture on each sandwich.
