Ingredients
210" flour tortilla
1 8 ozsteak of your choice
1tbspsteak seasoning
2tbspbutter
2cmexican blend cheese shredded
1cupmushrooms diced
1/2small onion diced
Instructions
Sprinkle steak seasoning on both sides of the steak.
Place in an air fryer basket at 400° and cook for 6-8 minutes for medium rare, 8-10 for well done.
Once the steak is cooked to your liking, allow it to rest for 5 minutes. This helps to seal the juices in.
Cut the steak into bite sized pieces.
Spread butter over the entire tortilla in an even layer. This allows the seasoning to stick to it and gives it a nice golden brown color once cooked.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the butter and place down on the air fryer basket.
On the side that doesn’t have the butter and seasoning, sprinkle cheese over the quesadilla.
Top the cheese with mushrooms, onions and steak (or any of the other substitutions you are using) on half of the quesadilla. (You can also saute the onions and mushrooms first or air fry them for 3-4 minutes to soften them)
Fold the tortilla in half by flipping the cheese only side over. Cook at 350 for 6-10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
