Southwest Rotel Pork Chops Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn or frozen
  • 1 can black beans or freshly cooked
  • 1 can rotel or homemade frozen rotel
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix or homemade

Instructions

  • Dump cans and seasoning in a bowl and mix
  • Put half of mixture in crock pot
  • Add 4 pork chops that are about 3/4 inch thick
  • Add remaining mixture
  • Cook on low for 3 hours or until pork is 145 degrees internally
