- 2 cups leftover chili or 1 pound of ground beef, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder and 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 can rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 box velveeta cheese (2 pounds)
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet until fully cooked. Drain any grease.
Add garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin if using. Stir to coat the meat. Or use leftover chili as is.
Dump into the crock pot with the Rotel—juice and all
Add the cheese and stir occasionally until completely melted.
Serve hot with extra toppings if you like.
