Pork Chop Tacos
Quick and tasty tacos made from pork chops that can even be leftover. Yummy taco seasoning and savory meat.

- 4 pork chops
- 2 T taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 T coconut oil
- 8 corn tortillas, warmed
- 1 diced avocado
- 2 T finely diced onoin
- 1/2 c cotija cheese
- jalapenos to taste
Rub salt and taco seasoning mix on pork chops and place in a pan. Set aside for one hour.
Heat skilled with oil on medium high heat.
Cook pork chops until internal temperature of 165 and outside is brown.
Let meat rest 20 minutes.
Slice thinly, removing bone if there is one.
Place the meat from ½ a pork chop on each tortilla and top as desired.
