Leftover Pulled Pork Tacos
Tender, juicy leftover pulled pork in a soft warm tortilla is the ultimate comfort food with a bit of kick!

- 2 cups shredded leftover pork meat
- 8 corn tortillas
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
- ½ Bunch of Cilantro
- 1 lime
- taco toppings of your choice
Wrap the tortillas in a clean dish towel and sprinkle with water
Microwave for 30 seconds
Reheat the leftover pulled pork in a small skillet until warmed through
Add the seasonings (except for cilantro) and continue to cook about 5 minutes.
Fill each tortilla with a spoon full of meat mixture and top as desired. Sprinkle cilantro on top and squeeze a wedge of lime over top.
