Pickles or caramelized onions for extra flavoroptional
Instructions
Reheat the leftover pork tenderloin by placing it in a pan over medium heat. Add a splash of water or broth to keep it moist. Stir occasionally and heat for about 5 minutes until warmed through.
Spread butter or olive oil on the inside of the sandwich rolls. Sprinkle a bit of garlic powder for extra flavor. Toast them in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
Spread your choice of barbecue sauce or honey mustard on the bottom bun.
Layer the warmed pork slices evenly on each roll.
Add a slice of cheese on top of the pork and allow it to melt slightly.
If using, top with coleslaw, pickles, or caramelized onions.
Place the top bun over the fillings and press lightly.
