Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole with Broccoli

1 pound cooked chicken 2 bags frozen broccoli 12 ounces softened cream cheese 1 8 ounce block of cheddar cheese grated 1 clove crushed garlic 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup chicken stock 1 cup chopped jalapeno peppers Or poblanos are great as well 5 strips of bacon cooked and chopped into small pieces
Mix 2/3 of the cheese with cream cheese, garlic, thyme, salt, and chicken stock.
Place broccoli in the bottom of a 9 x 9 pan
Spread cream cheese layer over the top
Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top
Top with chopped jalapenos
Sprinkle bacon bits over top
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
