With a milk frother, froth steamed milk. If you don't have a frother, shake the milk in a mason jar with a tightly closed lid for 1-2 minutes and then microwave for 30 seconds. Or heat the milk in a saucepan and whisk vigorously. There are lots of ways to add froth to warm milk.
Pour hot coffee, lavender syrup, vanilla syrup, and honey into a cup. Stir to combine.
