- 1/2 c organic cocoa nibs
- 2 c medium or high-quality brandy
Place nibs in a bag and break up with a mallet.
Place ingredients in a mason jar and allow them to steep for 2 months.
Carefully strain the nibs out of the brandy and pour the brandy into small extract jars for use.
