Ingredients

  • 1/2 c organic cocoa nibs
  • 2 c medium or high-quality brandy

Instructions

  • Place nibs in a bag and break up with a mallet.
  • Place ingredients in a mason jar and allow them to steep for 2 months.
  • Carefully strain the nibs out of the brandy and pour the brandy into small extract jars for use.
