Ingredients

  • 1/2 c chili powder
  • 3 T cumin
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 2 T onion powder
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Dump all this in a bowl and mix it well. I like to put it in half-pint or quarter pint jelly jars because they are airtight and easy to store in the cabinet for regular use.
