- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Chili garlic sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- ¼ C. Beef Broth
- ¼ C. Chopped green onions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat.
In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, minced garlic and ginger. Stir to combine well.
Drain any excess grease from the ground beef, and reduce the heat to medium.
Pour the sauce over the ground beef, and simmer until mostly absorbed.
Sprinkle the dish with the green onions before serving.
