Fun and Easy Shapes Melted Crayons

A fun and easy activity to make fun crayon shapes for using at home or for gifts. A great way to avoid throwing the broken crayons away too!

Ingredients

  • Crayons
  • Silicone mold

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
  • Peel off any paper from the crayons.
  • Break the crayons into small pieces, using your hands or a sharp knife.
  • Set your mold on a baking sheet to keep it sturdy moving to and from the oven.
  • Fill mold cavities with crayon pieces.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or so, or until the crayons are fully melted.
  • Remove from the oven, and let cool completely.
  • Remove crayons from mold.
