2cans5 ounces each tuna, drained
1/2cuppanko breadcrumbs
1/4cupfinely chopped onion
1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2large eggs
1tablespoonmayonnaise
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2tablespoonsolive oil for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, breadcrumbs, onion, Parmesan cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
