DIY Shadow Puppets from Chip Canisters

Fun and easy DIY shadow puppets to use over and over again!

Ingredients

  • Chip Canisters – cleaned and dried
  • Colorful Duct Tape – optional
  • Scissors
  • Butterfly Stickers
  • Flashlight

Instructions

  • Gather all the supplies needed.
  • Apply colorful duct tape to the outside of the chip canister, if using.
  • Use the scissors to cut off the bottom of the canister (the opposite end of the canister
  • from the plastic lid). Add additional duct tape to the bottom of the canister after being cut off.
  • Add butterfly sticks to the plastic top.
  • Shine the flashlight through the chip canister to create butterfly shadow puppets.
