Ingredients

  • 1 package penne pasta
  • 1 can chunk tuna
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 small red onions
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  • Chop all the vegetables into small dices.
  • Boil the pasta until tender, drain the water.
  • Drain the tuna.
  • Add peas celery, and onion.
  • Mix.
  • Mix greek yogurt, juice from the lemon, mustard, dill, garlic, salt, and chili powder with the avocado and whiz up in the blender.
  • Mix into the pasta mixture.
