- 1 package penne pasta
- 1 can chunk tuna
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup celery
- 2 small red onions
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Chop all the vegetables into small dices.
Boil the pasta until tender, drain the water.
Drain the tuna.
Add peas celery, and onion.
Mix.
Mix greek yogurt, juice from the lemon, mustard, dill, garlic, salt, and chili powder with the avocado and whiz up in the blender.
Mix into the pasta mixture.
