Breakfast Pot Pie Recipe
Creamy rich sausage and biscuit pot pie. Biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs all in one dish.

- 1 lb blue and gold sausage or Jimmy Dean if you can't get it
- 6-8 eggs
- 2 cups prepared sausage gravy
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 16 Biscuits
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly prepare a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray
Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium high heat
Make the gravy
Remove from pan into a seperate bowl
Add the butter, stir until melted
Stir in the eggs until done then stir in prepared gravy until fully combined
Remove from heat and set aside
Flatten 8 biscuits and place them in the bottom of the dish
Pour the sausage egg mixture over the biscuits
Sprinkle cheese over the egg mixture
Flatten remaining biscuits and lay them on top of the cheese
Bake for 30-40 minutes until top biscuits are golden brown
Garnish with parsley
Let sit for 5 minutes
