BBQ Pulled Pork
Pulled pork is a cinch to make when you whip it up in the crockpot. Add some seasoning, turn it on, and your dinner is done!

- 1 5-6 pound pork roast (butt, shoulder, or picnic)
- 1 c tomato sauce
- 1/2 c honey
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp bbq rub
BBQ Rub Ingredients:
- 1/4 c raw sugar
- 1/4 c paprika
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoke flavoring
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
Mix up bbq rub mix and set aside
Place pork roast in the crockpot
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the bbq rub over the top
Add honey, molasses, tomato sauce, and vinegar
Cook on low for 8 hours or overnight
Shred the roast and mix into the liquid to cover in the sauce
