  • 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash
  • Olive oil optional

  • Wash the spaghetti squash thoroughly and pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel. Next, place it in the air fryer at 375 for about 30 minutes. This will soften it up enough to cut easily.
