Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin roast approximately 2-3 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning paste.
  • Rub the seasoning paste evenly over the entire surface of the pork loin. Make sure to coat it thoroughly for the best flavor.
  • Place the seasoned pork loin in the preheated air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cut the pork loin in half to fit it comfortably.
  • Cook the pork loin in the air fryer for approximately 12-15 minutes per pound, turning it halfway through the cooking time. Cooking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of the pork loin, so use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
  • Once the pork loin reaches the desired temperature, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and keeps the meat tender.
  • Slice the pork loin into ½-inch thick slices, and it's ready to serve.
