Spread 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter onto each tortilla, leaving a small border (about 1/8 inch) around the edges.
Place a banana in the center of each tortilla. For toddlers, you may want to slice the banana in half or cut it lengthwise to make it easier to eat.
Sprinkle a small handful of chocolate chips over the banana.
Roll up each tortilla tightly around the banana and filling to form a burrito-style roll.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Place the roll-ups in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overlapping. Air fry at 350°F for 3 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and slightly crispy.
If desired, brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter, then sprinkle with a mix of sugar and cinnamon.
