Ingredients

  • 1 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat whipping cream until it starts to thicken.

  2. Add powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form.

  3. Add vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to go too far or you'll end up with butter.
