Savory cream cheese ball with cheddar cheese and garlic and herbs
In a mixer, mix cream cheese, seasoning mix and shredded cheddar cheese with the bacon fat until well incorporated.
Drop mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, wrap it up and roll it into a ball.
Place bacon bits on a plate, and unwrap cheese ball and place in on the bits.
Roll the ball around in the bacon bits until they are all stuck to the outside of the ball
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm
Serve with crackers, vegetables, or chips.
