Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Crock Pot Recipe

Sweet and sour teriyaki flavored pork tenderloin recipe that melts in your mouth. Dump everything in the crock pot and come back hours later to find a meal ready for you with vegetables and a savory meat you will love.

  • 4 small potatoes whole
  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into large pieces the size of the potatoes
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut in half
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 T spicy mustard
  • 1 T ginger, freshly ground
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 2 T raw sugar
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 c fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 c water or beef or chicken stock, whatever you have on hand.


  1. Place vegetables in crock pot

  2. Place tenderloin on top

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients

  4. Cook on high for 2-3 hours until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees

  5. Remove meat from crock pot to rest

  6. Remove vegetables and set aside

  7. Pour sauce into sauce pan

  8. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until reduced and thickened

  9. Slice pork and drizzle glaze over top

  10. Serve with vegetables
