Ingredients

  • 1 c brandy
  • 6 vanilla beans

Instructions

  1. Cut beans almost in half lengthwise

  2. Place 6 cut beans in a jar

  3. Add 1 cup brandy

  4. Steep for at least 3 months, 6 is better
