Lotsa Pasta

Veggie pasta packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • 1/2 C. Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 C. Water
  • Assorted Chopped Veggies
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Thyme

Instructions

  1. Wash hands and have kids wash theirs
  2. Cook pasta and drain
  3. Saute bacon and onion until bacon is crisp and onion is tender
  4. Add veggies and cook to desired doneness
  5. Add seasonings and water
  6. Add pasta and mix well

Recipe Notes

Leftover meat could be cubed or shredded and added to this dish as well.
