Turkey and Corn Pasta Salad

Pasta salad with turkey, corn, and creamy sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pasta of your choice
  • 2 C. diced, cooked turkey breast pieces
  • 1 bag frozen corn
  • 2 T. ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 C. sour cream or mayonnaise
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in colander. 

  2. Dump back into pan. Add turkey, peas, cherry tomatoes, ranch mix, sour cream or mayonnaise, salt, pepper and shredded cheese. 
  3. Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours for flavors to marry together and come together.
