Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

  • 1 pound fresh broccoli (can use frozen if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces

  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese

  3. Toss to coat well

  4. Roast in 400 degree oven until broccoli is bright green and edges are slightly browned, about 15 minutes
