The air fryer changes everything and brings “fried” food into the realm of everyday enjoyment. A super-powered convection oven, the air fryer creates healthy versions of foods that are typically fried.

I use mine to make all kinds of air fryer recipes for meats and vegetables. I use it for a little easy bake oven type dinner. It’s so easy to use, doesn’t heat up my kitchen like the big oven, and has all these wonderful settings my oven doesn’t have.

You can just have the wings with carrot and celery sticks or a side salad for a fresh yummy meal. Or you could make some french fries or a baked potato to a great chicken dinner. We love to eat our chicken wings with some cucumber salad too.

Air fried vegetables are a wonderful complement to any meat, but especially the chicken wings because you can cook them at the same temperature on a sheet pan on a different rack in the air fryer oven and most kinds of veggies will get done at the same time. Some may have to be taken out sooner, but you can watch and see. Check them when you check your wings to add zest.
