Banana Bread Recipe-Kids Cooking Classes

Ingredients

  • 1 C. all purpose flour
  • 3/4 C. whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 C. raw sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 medium bananas mashed
  • 1/3 c. coconut oil
  • 2 T. coconut milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mash banana and add coconut oil, and milk.
  3. Mix very well.
  4. In a separate bowl mix all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add to banana mixture and mix very well.
  6. Add eggs and whole wheat flour.
  7. Mix until JUST combined.
  8. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
